Tested materials & method: Synthetic tetrapeptide analogues, including peptide 1 (Ac-His-d-Phe-Arg-Aia) and peptide 3 (Ac-His-pCF₃-d-Phe-Arg-Aia). Laboratory receptor-activity testing and molecular docking; not a human skincare trial.
What was measured: Potency and selectivity at human melanocortin receptor subtypes—how strongly a peptide activates a receptor, and which receptor it favors.
Main finding: Peptide 1 showed greater selectivity for hMC1R (EC₅₀ 11.2 nM); peptide 3 favored hMC4R (EC₅₀ 4.1 nM). The results illustrate why the exact peptide structure matters.

What is Peptide G63™?

Peptide G63™ is the name of the cosmetic peptide technology used in Neuvéra’s PeptiLIFT™ and PeptiPROTECT™ formulas. Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Both products feature the technology, in different formats for different skincare needs.

Why a spray and a lotion?

A lightweight mist fits facial preparation before your usual skincare. A rich lotion fits areas of the body that need more moisture. Choose by where you want to use it and the texture you prefer.

Do I need to use both products together?

No. Use PeptiLIFT™ for facial preparation and PeptiPROTECT™ for body moisture, independently as needed. The Duo includes both; they are not consecutive steps to layer on the same area.

Does PeptiLIFT™ replace my moisturizer?

No. Mist onto clean, dry facial skin, allow it to settle, then follow with your preferred serums and moisturizer.

Why does my PeptiPROTECT™ label say face and body?

The current packaging describes an all-over face-and-body lotion. This guide highlights its body-moisturizing role. Follow the directions on your own package.

Is PeptiPROTECT™ sunscreen?

No. PeptiPROTECT™ is a cosmetic lotion and does not provide SPF. Neither formula replaces broad-spectrum sunscreen; use sunscreen according to its label.

What does the research tell me about the products?
