Our Commitment
Neuvéra is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all visitors, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Accessibility Assistant
We provide a built-in Accessibility Assistant — accessible via the icon in the bottom-left corner of every page — that allows you to customize your browsing experience. Available options include:
- Text Size — Increase or decrease font size across the site in four steps.
- High Contrast — Boost color contrast for improved legibility.
- Dark Mode — Switch to a dark color scheme to reduce glare and eye strain.
- Underline Links — Visually distinguish all hyperlinks with an underline.
- Large Cursor — Enlarge the mouse cursor for easier tracking.
- Reduce Motion — Disable animations and transitions site-wide.
- Dyslexia-Friendly Font — Apply increased letter and word spacing for improved readability.
Your preferences are saved automatically and will be remembered across future visits.
Standards & Conformance
We aim to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and are the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility.
We also take steps to ensure compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies, including:
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom up to 200%
- Voice control software
Known Limitations
While we strive for full conformance, some content or features may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. We are actively working to identify and resolve these gaps. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us and we will prioritize a fix.
