Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll notify you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays or events outside our control.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Stolen Packages Neuvéra is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us at support@neuveralife.com and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Items in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@neuveralife.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
