We offer a 30-day return window. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we're unable to accept a return request.


Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return Email us at support@neuveralife.com to request a return before sending anything back. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@neuveralife.com so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges We recommend returning your original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.


EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
